Renovation of the exterior: all exterior walls were newly plastered and additionally insulated from the outside, the roof structure with glued brushwood was completely replaced, the roof thermal insulation was added, roof ventilation was added and the electric roof windows were installed. The courtyard was also completely renovated, the yard was dug to a depth of about 1 m and double drainage was carried out around the house, and the summer kitchen with a canopy was rebuilt. Renovated antique beams with the bleached structures were installed in the canopy. A new main three-leaf and side entrance door made of solid oak and aged fittings have been installed.

Connections: Electricity, water, sewage, internet, heating - fireplace, electrical heating with radiators in combination with underfloor heating on the ground floor, 3 air conditioners (for each floor one), which serve for cooling or additional heating.
